This cleint's home had a small galley kitchen and livng room, as well as an awkward circulation path between the two. In order to open up the home and create more functional space, we designed a solution that included transforming the 2-car garage into interior living space.
A new covered entry door leads to the new dining room, which sits between the new kitchen on the left and the reconfigured livng room on the right. New Lannon stone exterior infills where the previous garage door was, matching the existing stone elsewhere on the home.
