NARI President's Award

December 2009 - Renovators Ltd's Tony Rink, CR, has been awarded with NARI's distinguished "President's Award" for outstanding service and dedication within the remodeling industry.

Energy Tax Credits and the Stimulus Package

As you may have heard, the federal government, through the legislature, has passed the multi-billion dollar American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This is part of the energy tax credits in the overall stimulus package. This means that some of the home improvements that you’ve been considering may be eligible for energy tax credits. These are actual tax credits, not just tax deductions. Please consult your tax professional to confirm eligibility. These improvements can include, but are not limited to, window replacements, insulation, water heaters and heating systems, roofing, and renewable energy.
