2010 NARI Awards

January 2011 - Renovators Ltd is again proud to receive multiple distinguished 2010 NARI awards at this year's NARI awards ceremony. Awards this year include Residential Kitchen (Gold Award), Residential Bathroom (Bronze Award) and the 2010 Milwaukee/NARI Professionalism Award (Tony Rink).

Lead Safe Certification

Renovators Ltd has earned the state of Wisconsin "Lead Safe Company" certificate for lead safe work practices on pre-1978 homes. Due to recent government regulations, a "Lead Safe" certified company is now required to perform most types of renovations on all pre-1978 homes.

January 2010 - Renovators Ltd is excited to announce their all-new Build-Along Program and Professional Handyman Service. The Build-Along Program gives homeowners the opportunity to lower costs while taking an active part in their remodeling projects, allowing the homeowner to supply certain products and/or services for their renovation. The Professional Handyman Service gives homeowners the security of knowing they are entrusting their home repairs to the same level of expertise Renovators Ltd's remodeling customers have enjoyed for 25 years. 2009 NARI Awards

NARI President's Award

December 2009 - Renovators Ltd's Tony Rink, CR, has been awarded with NARI's distinguished "President's Award" for outstanding service and dedication within the remodeling industry.

Energy Tax Credits and the Stimulus Package

As you may have heard, the federal government, through the legislature, has passed the multi-billion dollar American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This is part of the energy tax credits in the overall stimulus package. This means that some of the home improvements that you’ve been considering may be eligible for energy tax credits. These are actual tax credits, not just tax deductions. Please consult your tax professional to confirm eligibility. These improvements can include, but are not limited to, window replacements, insulation, water heaters and heating systems, roofing, and renewable energy. Most of these credits are in effect through 2010.

Renovators Ltd on Today’s TMJ4 Morning Blend

Recently, Tony Rink was a guest on the TMJ4 Morning Blend show with Molly Fay and Alison de Castro. Tony is the current 3rd Vice-President of Milwaukee/NARI, and was asked to represent NARI on the popular morning show. The segment was about NARI’s consumer seminar on energy tax credits.
