This Gold award-winning kitchen remodel tackled a small outdated space that was located in a remote corner of the home. The compact layout was further compromised by traffic flow through the space, so to open things up and provide more breathing room, a small addition of about 10 by 10 feet was added to the west side of the existing kitchen to house a new dinette area. A pair of closets were removed to make way for a new circulation pattern, and to provide better access to the updated powder room.
