This Wisconsin Remodelors Silver Award winning 2-story addition includes a newly expanded kitchen and dinette, family room and mudroom on the first floor, and a large home office space on the second floor above the family room.
Great attention to detail was given to the exterior of the new addition to ensure it blended with the original home. A concrete stucco and half-timber effect preserves the original Tudor look, and original wood brackets salvaged from the home were re-used at the rear porticoed entry, enhancing the home's character.
A balcony above the new dinette and mudroom provides a larger and more private outdoor space for the second floor area.
